🎃 Halloween Pumpkin Pie Spice Cookies 👻

My little valentine and little sunshine are ready to go trick or treat. 🍬🍭🍫

This year, I made them some "pumpkin pie spice sugar cookies" as we don't have our annual Halloween family party due to the limited space at home. This wouldn't stop them for having some lovely treats made by Mama. They finished two sets of these cookies in two days. This treat did the trick. 👻

Magical Unicorn Cake

Here is my first unicorn cake. This whimsical cake is layered with fun confetti vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream and more beautiful colourful swirls, unicorn sprinkles, gum paste flowers…not forgetting a stunning gold unicorn horn and ears.

Peppa Pig Birthday Party

This adorable Peppa Pig Sweet Cart 2^ndBirthday Party was planned by Little Rocket - Brisbane. 

Such a sweet dessert table with the life-size candy cart cut-out, Peppa Pig and her family cut-out to showcase the cake and matching treats which made the celebration more real and fun. 

The cake was a cookies and cream cake covered in chocolate ganahce and Swiss chocolate sprinkles; and the 3D figurines were hand crafted to match the invitation. 

I had the customised Peppa, George and Dinosaur Brown Sugare Cookies, which everyone loved so much. I also made two different flavours and styles cupcakes. The six cute little edible friends of Peppa in 3D form (peppermint chocolate) sat on the grass and got everyone’s oohs and ahs! The 12 were 2D of Peppa Pig (classic vanilla). 

Cici, the owner of Little Rocket also set-up the children’s table. She catered for all the children so they all had their own organic Peppa Pig plates, cutleries, snack packs filled with delicious snacks and an apple juice popper each. Each child took home a heart filled with so much Peppa Pig goodies.

The children were entertained by a big Peppa Pig jumping castle and customised photo booth.

The Incredible Hulk Cake

My friend wanted a Hulk cake for her little brother’s 30^thbirthday party to feed like 30+ people.

In planning the cake, I wanted to capture Hulk in a smash pose, for this, we had a 6” tall action figure of the Incredible Hulk himself on the top. 

The top that decorated with embossed brick pattern was my moist red velvet cake, with cream cheese white chocolate ganache in between layers and covered by white chocolate ganache. 

The bottom tier that decorated with city skyline and the handcrafted Hulk font for the recipient’s name was our ultimate dark chocolate mudcake, with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sprinkles, then covered in our milk chocolate ganache. They all worked very well with each other to show the Hulk himself as a creator of destruction with his rage.
