Paw Patrol Mini Cupcakes

The whole Paw Patrol team is ready to celebrate your birthday in style.

These cute cupcake images are printed with edible food coloured inks and printed on thin edible rice paper. Cupcakes are our ultimate chocolate with chocolate buttercream.

I think this is the last second sweet creation I made two years ago. One more and I was officially blessed with another baby. Then, I stopped for the first four months into my pregnancy due to severe morning sickness. After that, I was fortunate to create a few before the arrival of my baby girl. I cannot wait to share them with you. Stay tuned.

CHANEL Inspired Cupcakes

Hi Cake Sweeties

Another set of 6 red velvet cupcakes in the traditional black and white Chanel colours. Cupcakes are topped with the logo, sugar Camilla, petal bracelet, bags and bow.

Time does fly fairly quickly with three children now. I will try to slowly post my creations since now I am back to work as normal.

Hermes Inspired Cupcakes

Dear Cake Sweeties,

Fashionistas alert again to surprise my little sisterly friend for her birthday.

I used texture rolling pin and moulds to create these gorgeous little edible toppers. Cupcakes were red velvet frosted with cream cheese buttercream and topped with chocolate macarons.

Little Mermaid Cake and Cupcakes

Dear Cake Sweeties

Ariel, The Little Mermaid cake made for a sweet little girl’s 4th birthday.

I baked three layers of 5” round cake, stacked and filled with Callebaut Ruby Chocolate Ganache and covered with Callebaut Milk Chocolate Ganache, then Fondant. The cake was my new Neapolitan Cake.

Edible shells, sea horses, tails, pearls along with all the sea decorations of course. Ariel Toy was a toy figure for the birthday girl to keep. 

The enchantment and beauty of ocean life is reflected in these delightful cupcakes in aquamarine colours that complement the beautiful hues of purple, pink and turquoise for the intricate mermaid tails.

This is the fourth cake for Chelsea. I wonder what the theme will be next year.

Hermes Signature Box Cake

Dear Cake Sweeties

Life begins at - -. I think everybody deserves a little spoiling during this pandemic... don’t you think?? I could not resist to make a fabulous cake for my dear sisterly friend, in order to celebrate the fabulous beginning of a big milestone.

I rarely making box shaped cakes, since it is always harder to make things sharpe angled and straight. I derive a lot of satisfaction from seeing all those lines this time.

The logo was stamped with their signature ribbon. Alongside the box, I made her a signature bangle too.

A banana sponge filled with both firmer version of chocolate and banana cream ganache fillings.
