Dear Cake Sweeties
Ariel, The Little Mermaid cake made for a sweet little girl’s 4th birthday.
I baked three layers of 5” round cake, stacked and filled with Callebaut Ruby Chocolate Ganache and covered with Callebaut Milk Chocolate Ganache, then Fondant. The cake was my new Neapolitan Cake.
Edible shells, sea horses, tails, pearls along with all the sea decorations of course. Ariel Toy was a toy figure for the birthday girl to keep.
The enchantment and beauty of ocean life is reflected in these delightful cupcakes in aquamarine colours that complement the beautiful hues of purple, pink and turquoise for the intricate mermaid tails.
This is the fourth cake for Chelsea. I wonder what the theme will be next year.
