These less sugar Swiss Meringue Buttercream succulent cupcakes were ready for my little sisterly friend’s business Que Tea and Coffee at the Plant Sale in Upper Mount Gravatt in May this year.
Piping these succulents are so much fun and I can really get creative. I had six vanilla and six chocolate cupcakes coated with 70% dark chocolate ganache in order to stick the edible soil or sand on, (mixed with digestive cookies and Oreos crumbs). To finalise the whole look, I even threw in some edible chocolate rocks .
