White Rose Butterfly Cake

Hi Everyone

I am back to bakingmama's kitchen. Although I have been baking cupcakes for my family, this is the first official birthday cake I made.

Butterfly ornament in shades of purple and blue adorn this 6" round cake I created for my dear friend - Evelyn's birthday.

This is a single tier of dark chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache filling and is covered with ivory coloured fondant. In term of the decoration, I edged the classic white roses with pink luster dust. Placed a row of iced beading around the base of the cake. I then brushed the whole cake with pearl luster dust to finish the look.

Happy birthday to my dearest friend, Evelyn. Glad to hear you had a wonderful birthday date with Wayne and had two new furbies. They are so cute.

Hope your special day brings you all that your heart desires!

Love from Paul, Beth & Baby Jeremy

Stay tuned for my next creation.

Happy baking~
Beth xoxo
