Mini Vanilla Vegan Cupcakes

Hi Cake Sweeties

I have baked some mini “Vegan Vanilla Cupcakes” for a little boy’s birthday at his Childcare Centre.

Many childcare services now have avoidance of the food that has allergens such as dairy and nuts. Look here! These dairy, egg and nuts free cupcakes are seriously moist, perfectly balance on sweetness, loaded with sprinkles and frosted with mega fluffy delicious cold whip.

They are just perfect to take to school or childcare as a birthday cake. Do you still think that cakes/cupcakes/desserts without butter, milk and eggs are not as good? Think again! This recipe is certainly a winner for kids with food allergies.

We have both a vanilla and chocolate version here for you to try.

Raspberry Cheesecake Tart

Hi Cake Sweeties

Do we all still send flowers to your beloved ones on a special occasion? What about a dessert instead :-)

I made a Raspberry Cheesecake Tart with a simple shortbread cookie type crust and have a no bake filling for my dear friend Claire’s birthday.

This beautiful looking tart (she told me that) has a sandy shortbread crust, with a creamy mascarpone cheesecake filling; topped off with fresh and juicy raspberries. I remembered when she looked after me while I was having very bad morning sickness with Jeremy; Auntie Fang and Claire always drink teas during the day. Hence, this tart is the perfect to eat and relax with our family or guests.

Dearest Claire

Thank you for your friendship through out all of the years. Always remember how much you are loved and appreciated by all of us. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday.

Father's Day Cupcakes

Hi Cake Sweeties

Let’s get Dads some SWEET TREATMENT for the Father’s Day this year.

For the overall look, we wanted to create something Shabby Chic for Daddy just like Mums and still shouting out “man cake” immediately. We had two designs i.e. "Gentleman" & "Super Moustache".

We chose “Banana Chocolate Cupcake with a dollop of Chocolate Buttercream”. They are not only delicious but also healthy.

I think any Dad will impress and feel the love. Cupcake Toppers can be purchased separately. The cupcakes are sold in a set of 6 boxed with a ribbon. Feel free to email us or send us a message via FB to obtain a quote.

Thank you for stopping by.
Happy baking,

Beth

Father's Day Treats

Hi, Cake Sweeties

In Australia, we have Father's Day on the first Sunday of September. It's now the time to plan out how to spoil all Father figures. This year, the theme is "Gentleman" or "Dapper".

Pre-order Cupcake Toppers:

These beautiful customised cupcake toppers are going to be a nice surprise for all Dads to celebrate this Father's Day.

Each one measures approximately 1 3/4 inches. You will receive 6 in total.

Please note these are handmade and so may slightly vary although the same materials and processes are used.

You can purchase together with our delicious cupcakes. We have settled on providing "Chocolate Banana Cupcakes" for Dads. Photo will be posted next Monday.

Pre-order Macarons:

I asked Jeremy what he wants to make for Daddy on Father's Day. He replied me loud and clear  "Macarons". We chose "Chocolate" for Jeremy and "Pistachio" for Daddy.

We added some fondant decorations to place on top reflecting the theme we had. Chocolate Macarons available in a moustache shape for this special occasion!

All these treats will be packed in a box of 6. Dads will certainly feel the love and the deliciousness from our homemade treats.

Thank you for stopping by. See you next time.
Happy baking
