I have baked some mini
“Vegan Vanilla Cupcakes” for a little boy’s birthday at his Childcare Centre.
Many childcare
services now have avoidance of the food that has allergens such as dairy and
nuts. Look here! These dairy, egg and nuts free cupcakes are seriously moist,
perfectly balance on sweetness, loaded with sprinkles and frosted with mega
fluffy delicious cold whip.
They are just perfect
to take to school or childcare as a birthday cake. Do you still think that
cakes/cupcakes/desserts without butter, milk and eggs are not as good? Think
again! This recipe is certainly a winner for kids with food allergies.
We have both a vanilla
and chocolate version here for you to try.
