Lamborghini Cake

Hi Cake Sweeties,

How are you all doing? Please stay safe during this difficult time.

Early this year, a friend was having a Lamborghini themed 6th birthday party or her son. I used two 7x11 inch pan for this cake because it provided a large enough surface for a little race track to accommodate the main Lamborghini topper. Often, these rectangular cakes can be kind of boring, but if you decorate them nicely, they can look just as exciting and polished as a round cake or even a tiered one.

Cake is swirl cake, iced with milk chocolate ganache. Cars, tires and traffic cones are made of fondant and flag is non-edible paper.

For this cake I took inspiration from "Fantasticakes".

Dear Louis:

On your 6th birthday, may you have a six-national birthday that is filled with exciting birthday wishes!

Thank you all for stopping by. Hope to share with you more homemade cakes and treats.

Happy baking,
Beth xo
